Why it exists

A developer with credits to sell can list them and wait, or sell by hand: find the companies with targets, work out who to write to, draft, chase and track it all in a spreadsheet. Selling by hand does not scale, and it tends to produce loose claims in cold emails just when the market is under scrutiny for integrity.

What VENTIS does

VENTIS turns inventory into a supervised sales pipeline. Every lot becomes a ranked buyer list, every proposal says only what can be sourced, and nothing goes out without a second person's approval. Deals settle as retirements or transfers in AMMONIS.

Inventory

Every lot knows its best buyers

Upload a lot and it is scored against every buyer at once, with the reasons and any exclusions. Eligibility such as CORSIA or a corresponding adjustment sits beside the floor and list price.

  • Serial checks on upload
  • Match score per buyer with reasons
  • Reserved, available and sold tonnes

Review

Nothing leaves without a sign-off

Proposals are drafted from the lot’s sourced claims list. A claims check flags anything it cannot support, and banned claims block approval outright. The reviewer is never the drafter.

Deals

Settled in the registry

A quote reserves units; a lost deal releases them. Units move only after KYC and payment, and a won deal ends with a retirement certificate issued on the buyer’s behalf.

  • RFQ → Quoted → KYC → Invoiced → Paid → Settled
  • Reserve before you promise
  • Retirement certificate on settlement

How it works

One sale, end to end

Step 01 of 06

List

Upload inventory as lots with serial checks.

Step 02 of 06

Match

Every lot is scored against the buyer graph.

Step 03 of 06

Draft

Proposals are written from sourced claims only.

Step 04 of 06

Approve

A reviewer who did not draft it approves, returns or rejects.

Step 05 of 06

Reach out

The first message goes out, with a fixed follow-up sequence.

Step 06 of 06

Settle

The deal closes as a retirement or transfer in the registry.

Capabilities

Everything in the box

Who it serves:

  • Heads of markets

Set matching weights and run the desk.

  • Sellers

Upload inventory, add buyers, draft and close.

  • Integrity reviewers

    Approve, reject or return proposals.

No double listing

Lots cannot hold overlapping serials, and no quote can reserve more than a lot has available.

A buyer list per lot

On upload, every lot is scored against every buyer, with reasons and exclusions.

Defensible proposals

Statements about the credits come only from the lot's sourced claims list; banned claims block approval.

Four eyes on outreach

No proposal is sent without approval by someone other than its drafter.

Follow-ups that stop

A fixed follow-up sequence, and one opt-out suppresses an address for every lot and sender.

Settled in the registry

Won deals settle as retirements or transfers in AMMONIS.

Principles

How it keeps its integrity

  • The registry is the truth: VENTIS never edits a serial.
  • Say only what you can source.
  • Four eyes before anything leaves.
  • Reserve before you promise.
  • Opt-out is global.

Clear scope

What it isn’t

Not an exchange
There is no order book or public price. It sells bilaterally, lot by lot.
Not a bulk mailer
Every first message is approved by a person.
Not a buyer's claims adviser
Proposals state what claim the credits support; the buyer's public claim is the buyer's.

Built on

What VENTIS stands on

The platform underneath, and what the work depends on outside it.

The platform

  • One platform core

The same evidence architecture the rest of the suite runs on: identity, roles, attribution and the audit trail are not rebuilt per product.

  • The register is the record

Serials, issuances and retirements are read from AMMONIS. VENTIS never edits one.

  • Reserved before promised

A quote can only reserve what a lot actually has available, and lots cannot hold overlapping serials.

  • Four eyes before it leaves

No proposal reaches a buyer without approval by someone other than the person who drafted it.

What it connects to

  • AMMONIS register
  • CARTIS intelligence
  • Global opt-out list

Questions

Asked often

Is this an exchange?+

No. There is no order book or public price. It sells bilaterally, lot by lot.

Where do the credits live?+

In the registry of record. VENTIS reads the units and asks the registry to move them; it never edits a serial.

How do you keep outreach lawful?+

Every contact carries a source and legal basis, and a single opt-out suppresses the address for every lot and every sender.

Who writes the buyer’s public claim?+

The buyer. Proposals state what claim the credits support and stop there.
